Hey Smitty so what does a 134 pack mean please the story was the HDT tag got stolen dont know how true that is
Thanks
history lesson...
when Commodore production started, instead of using the system to build Holdens (and Torries etc)
which was ...add this to this to this to this... etc
GMH decided to build Commies as packs. So a 134 pack on a VK is (will simply this)
a level 1 vehicle (SL base ) on a 8VK19 shell (6 window variant)
with level 3 engine (308) and 4 speed trans = 134
so yes there is a 133 pack...as there is also a 234 pack based on the VK Berlina (level 2 8VL19 shell)
this is a continuation of what started with VB... I had a 308 pack at GMH
level 3 vehicle... SL/E 8VX 69 shell (69 = 4 window shell)
8 = 308 engine with a manual trans (there was a 310 pack with 308 auto in it)
Each of those packs also had a SET list of items... eg. 1 radio spkr or 2
with LH exterior mirror or without, with cloth trim or without etc, PB radio or PB radio with tape player
so
the limited choices you had was colour, with air or not (air was standard on ALL SL/E or Calais packs)
etc... (could write a book on this)
The HDT tag was stolen... ? by itself it is worthless as it links to the other body tags (which you have).
you can always ring HDT and quote the VIN number the L173767 and see what they say (or find someone with a copy of the 'Black book')
