Hi,

I would like to change the pollen filter on my VE Berlina and I am not where it is located and would appreciate any advice. Also what are the steps required to change the pollen filter?

Thanks,

Lift up the passenger side plenum chamber (7 or so scrivets) then just pull it out

If it's anything like Subaru, they wanted $75 for a paper filter that would probably cost about 50c to make.... it that. Paper element, thin flexible plastic frame. Then you have to fit it yourself.
I suffer from hayfever every now and again, but I'd rather just pop a pill than give away that much money for nothing.

Edited: Just googled and came up with this result from this very forum discussing fitting instructions.... http://forums.justcommodores.com.au/ve-holden-commodore-2006/112058-cabin-filter.html

$35 for a Repco one.... now that's a little more reasonable!

Are they washable?? On my Soarer, I just got the missus to wash them, and they came up OK.

Thanks Troy. Just to confirm did you also need to put back the leaf filter/mesh after replacing the pollen filter?
