VE 2013 holden commodore omega 6speed auto
Hey can anyone please explain to me how I remove trans out of 2013 holden commodore omega series 2.... it the trans with no dipstick.... do I have to remove the motor to remove trans ? As I have new trans to go in just need little guidance on how to take trans out....

i think it would be best to find a friend who has done this before
or have a mechanic do the job
this is not the sort of job for an amatuer

nobody actually answered your question
no usually the engine is not removed to do a transmission
it comes out from underneath

The engine may need to be tilted slightly to reach some of the bolts. Other than that the engine is irrelevant when doing a transmission replacement

Without those, you get to buy a small house.
Without those you have enough money to pay someone else to replace the transmission. :cool:
