Is anyone considering the NG commodore after their VF?

Out of pure curiosity, just wondering if anyone out there will consider the NG commodore once it arrives? I know details are a bit scant at the moment, but is it something people have thought about?

Personally, I strongly doubt I'll look at (imported 4cyl FWD is not a commodore in my book..), and I actually find it a little bit insulting that Holden expect it to sell simply because it has a commodore badge on it..it's like someone in the marketing department said 'these idiots will buy anything with commodore written on it'..I think they are in for a shock.

Interested to hear thoughts :)

Nope, they can shove it! There is only 2 cars on my radar after Holden leaves Elizabeth. And they are the Kia Stinger and the VF2 Redline sitting in my garage.

I am with you I will definitely look at the Kia Stinger looks good and Twin turbo 3.3 V6 RWD. Think they will be killing the NG model.... sorry I just can't call it a commodore ....

As a fan of wagons, I'd look at a Skoda 206TSI with the slightly detuned Golf R engine. Or for a shade over $70k, you can pick up a Merc C250 estate.

The NG won't ever park in my driveway.

lolno and I work at a dealer. No ute, no V8, I'm out.

I've owned 5 Commodores and 4 of them have been V8, old habits die hard. I'll keep my two current V8's and they can pry them out of my cold dead hands.
