No instrument lights on dash heater and aircon dials and transmission

Hi all can someone point me in the right direction< i put in a double stereo and went to earth it and thats went all my dash lights stopped working i have disconnected the erath wire but nothings comes on checked all the fuses and nothing can some help thanks or show me another thread on this same thing i have looked but nothing comes up cheers.

Also the head light and indicator stork is on its way out will that make a difference.

I seen a post saying that the guy had to replace a wire which was a light wire can this happen. I did the mode and set button so i can see my speed at night and when you do the test at the end all the lights on the dash come on i am going to have a look today at the fuses but i still have tail lights cheers.

I think i may have found the problem fingers crossed the rear center brake light globe is blown seen another post about the BCM having a over current sensor which drops the voltage to the illumination circuit if a short is detected maybe just gotta find out thamks.
