Hey guys and girls, I am after some advice on how to go around this repair, also what is the name of the color? I would also like to know what causes the paint to do what it is doing, thanks in advance

Sorry, I forgot to mention that the tail gate is the problem, the rest of the car is straight and tidy.

If it's only the tailgate have it repainted. Colour will be on the VIN I would have thought??????????
