Removing Map Pocket Drivers Seat (VX)

So I am wanting to replace the clips on the map pocket that is located on the rear of the driver's seat. What is the best way to remove the back panel and to also remove the two wheels on located on the side?
Not many guides around on how to do this carefully. Any help is appreciated.
