Rough idle after cleaning tb

Totally different engine to what's been discussed. Yours is electronic throttlebody, unsure if they like being manually opened but most reports they don't. You may have to do a relearn procedure

Did you remove the throttle body to clean it, or did you clean it while attached? Make sure you have adjusted the throttle cable correctly, refer to diagram below:
