]Spring insulators/rubber of a statesman fit into a commodore?

just bought a 2 pairs of spring insulators of a statesman to put into my commodore, are they going to fit?

Well, now that you've bought them, why don't you find out? Seems like the logical thing to do.

Can't see why they wouldn't.

yeh, wasnt a smart thing to do, should done so research first haha.
can anyone confirm they will fit 100% for sure?

Yes they will fit, longer more solid rounder one goes on the top on body, and lighter thinner on bottom on trailing arm.

Jack up the car and find out, it's a 10 minute job.

Loosen wheel nuts.
Chock the front wheels, jack up the back, put the car on stands.
Undo shock.
Release handbrake.

The trailing arm should drop and the spring should fall out.

Installation is the reverse, you can use the jack to push the trailing arm up when you're bolting up the shock again.

Also, if they were both VR's, then yes, they will be exactly the same. VP - VS have exactly the same IRS. The spring insulators are probably gonna be the same all the way up the model line. Nolathane also make them.
