Swapping Suspension

Hi everyone, i've got an 89 vn exec V6 that i just did all the suspension on, shockies, springs, bushes, castors etc and i am lookin at maybe gettin a vn ss im just wondering what if any of my suspension could i swap from my car to the ss if i get it. thanks for the help James

Hi,
The SS has a different spec suspension named FE2. The struts are heavier and the springs are stiffer and and lower. The torsion bar is also larger dia cos of the 5L etc
The brakes are a bigger diameter as well. Hardly worth the candle to start swapping out. Best to emphasise to the buyer of your old car the work done - get a better price and if required do the SS up as well.
