hi nice thread im in the process of buying my conversion for the wagon just wondering if the drive shafts are different for the wagons from the sedans?

Yes they are but you can use half of each to fit into the car. I think wagon have a longer rear section than sedans

yeah there are 8 alan key bolts holding it together .


you need the manual front half and the sedan rear half.


chuck a bit of grease in it and bolt it back up.

Might be a stupid Q but i have a VN S1 auto motor i and it sh1t the flexplate, could i use the CRS adaptor from the crank to the manual flywheel i think thats how they bolt up dont they?

Yeah thats be right if you got a s1 flywheel. The adaptor adapts a 6 bolt flywheel to an 8 bolt crank

if you are doing a manual conversion on a series one.

you will need the crank adaptor and also the manual flywheel out of a series one as they have 6 bolts.

i think castlemaine rod shop make the adaptors to fit the series 2 flywheel as well.

not sure but mischa used the one with 6 to 6
