Talk about random, I was thinking how heated seats would be awesome to fit in my vs this morning.

The Hyundai u purchased, were they leather or material? Are heated seats available in non leather seats?

They're leather. As far as I can see, it's only available on leather seats.

There are after market heated seat inserts you can buy, from memory you remove your seat fabric, install the warmers, and the original material goes over the top

The accessories lady at the dealership asked if I wanted paint and interior protection plus tint for the low low price of $1990.

    I politely declined.

You can go to a good detailer and get your paint coated and interior done for less than that.

Exactly. My mate owns a tint shop and will do the tint for free, plus you can get opticoat or ceramic coat etc. done for under a grand. It's metallic grey so the paint should stay in pretty good condition if I get it washed regularly.

At the docklands meet. Smell a trans about to blow up. Nek minute a ford trying to get up the hill burst into flames. Car full of
Lebos and they all run off like bitches.
Cars are all reversing away no one actually doing anything

I run up to the fire extinguisher and smash the glass open... Bleeding from the glass I run up and put it out.

Don't even get a thank you

Like brah your car would be a smouldering pile of junk

Had a car themed weekend. Went to Brashernats yesterday and the new car museum at Gosford today. Both were pretty enjoyable

Apparently I shouldn't take long, very hot showers. Because last night, standing in the very hot water for a good 25 minutes, no exhaust fan on, whole bathroom was steaming up, realised I forgot something before bed, tried to soap really fast, felt very light-headed, and a bit difficult to breathe, leaned my head on the wall, and next thing I was waking up on the shower floor. Thankfully I must have slid down over the mixer handle, and turned the water off. Fun times. Can honestly say I've never fainted before.

Having just the right amount of icecream left in the tub so you can eat a normal portion straight out of it.

It's even better when there's too much for one serve, but not enough for two, and it's in your best interest to smash the whole lot

Dodged a big time bullet last night. While filling up my battery water, I had to move the 0 gauge amp wiring cable out of the way of the last filler hole, so I tried to move the fuse block, which is tucked behind the ABS module, to give me some slack, and the plastic housing just fell apart. but I managed to catch it and save the metal parts from grounding to the strut tower or anything else metallic. That could have gone very bad.
