If you read the rules in that section you would see you can't.
In a nutshell you have to be a member for 3 months and have a minimum of 20 posts in the technical areas.
No exception to these rules. If you try to evade them by posting elsewhere your thread will be deleted and you could earn infraction points that could lead to bans.
