Turbo vt00

When I fit a turbo to vt00 would I have to change extractors heads spark plugs etc etc?

Depends if you want it to function or just sit on the parcel shelf.

But if you're asking this question take it to a shop and pay to get it done, a turbo setup requires a lot of changes.
