The factory never did a turbo, but a number of aftermarket mobs did via holden dealers...i have some articles on it somewhere. Dont think the turbo itself will add much value unless the rest of the car is in decent nick and what grade it is...L, SL, SL/E?

Not much, if it's a strata kit that will be a third party fitment. Not very desirable as rego/insurance is a hassle without engineers certification

Cant see turbo adding much value to car overall unless it's a super clean & well sorted early girl.

Most who'd pay good money would prefer immaculate stocker that hasn't been messed with.

There were strata turbo kits available back then available...not factory but possible to get dealer fitted although doubt they'd bother so guessing it's aftermarket or d.i.y

Remember there holden dealer built uc torana sle/t...they were hard to sell & worth f'all for decades like most dealer gimmick cars (vs commodore 'slr5000')
