VE series 1 Calais or VE series 2 Omega?

Which one is the better option? On first look it seems the series 2 omega has pretty much all of the features of the series 1 Calais expect for the badges, leather seats and level 3 instrument cluster, is that all i would be losing if i bought a s2 omega?

Get the Calais. If only for the better engine.
