My mate has a ve wagon, and he has airbaged it, and his lowered struts are just sitting around, would the front struts from his ve fit my vp wagon??

Not a chance, completely Different.

Plus the VE is heavier then a VP so it wont lower your car, if anything it would probably make it sit higher.
