Look under the rear of car in center, there will be a sticker with a bunch of crap stuck on diff, it will say LSD:Y or N

okay so I jumped underneath the car and found it on the bottom of the diff. it runs a 3.27 gearing and lsd:Y could say I'm a happy man

Just had a look under my 2007 SV6 diff.

Oh well.

Mines a 2007 Factory manual. I was assuming it should be.
Unless the LY7 Alloytecs had it optional in the manuals
