VS V8 Manual
does it really matter about the road closure etc????? moot point, but for arguement sake, lets say this was on a 1/2 mile track... what gear where you in, and at what rev's ?? maybe has a limiter installed..

Checked the Adelaide City Council website and there doesn't seem to have been a recent road closure recorded for your event.

Nothing registered with CAMS either.

Might be one of those private roads....lol

In all seriousness, unless you plan on heading to NT (I think they have open speed limits now), or using the car for motor sport events, 152 KPH is plenty fast enough to get into a bit of strife.

Nope it's back to 130km/h. I'm with kiwicon, the OP asked an automotive-related question, why is he being lectured about what speed he should or shouldn't be travelling?

probably needs a bigger rear spoiler, that will get it to 200kph for sure.

Because encouraging those sorts of speeds on open roads is plain wrong
