Hi I have a vg Ute 3.8 ltr. And am looking to convert it to a v8 I already have a engine and gearbox with wiring and computers out of a vs stato. I was just wondering what else will I need to do the conversion

No, the whole K frame need replacing. Its about 6 bolts and takes under 20 mins to change one out.
