I am selling a VN for a friend and just wanted to know a roughly what its worth if anyone can tell me.

body in good condition
not running, no keys

No idea on value but it looks to be in good condition. With the end of Commodores been manufactured in Aussie in sight the value of Aussie built cars will be going up.

if its close to rwc polish clean it get it Roadworthy and put $5k on it and see if any woodys come out. As your in NSW and the last couple of NSW cars Ive seen that allegedly passed the inspection where dungers that ended up with close to 20 things on the vic inspectors list for a rwc I think its pretty easy in NSW to rego a dunger I might be wrong I've only seen a whole 3 NSW inspected cars. If no woodys appear plenty of low balling old holden blokes would want the running gear .

That would have to be one of the last cars built in 1989,i thought GMH had the start of their Xmas break well before the 25th which was a Monday in 1989,20th being a Wed. If the VIN plate is genuine they were still having cars coming off the production line 2 working days before Xmas.

Same I'd offer about 1k non-running car,no keys probably not been driven for long time expect it would need work for blueslip.

Grab centre punch take ignition lock off & put battery in it..see if it starts.

Personally I'd see if eligible for club/60 day rego or fix then wait untill it is eligible.
