only the drivers door opens with the push button thingy.If the passenger door is not locked manually then the drivers door just pops back up again.
What do i look for guys?

it dont work with the key either.

It sounds like you need a new unit fitted to your passenger side. It could be a master unit as well. I think what is happening is that the motor is stuffed and that when you push the button and the drivers door locks it then gets a signal from the passenger door (because the motor is stuffed and it is stuck in the up position) to unlock. Master switched have sensors on them so if you manually move it, the snesors pick this up and send the signal to other master or slave units to do the same thing. This doesn't happen when you manually operate a slave unit as it provides no feedback to the rest of the system.

If you are using push button remote, then there is no need to fit a master unit in your passengers door, you'll only need a slave. Aftermarket units are available for just over $10.
