Vs revs rolling up when I start it

Hey guys, I’ve got a 95 model v6 vs executive and Every now and then when I start it up the revs start at 2000 and will either sit there or keep going up. If I give the accelerator a good tap then revs will drop back down or if I put it into gear… but once I start driving revs slowly creep up even when using the brake she just wants to go.
I have replaced the throttle body, done the whole disconnect the battery etc.
(It can go good for a few days or a week then does the same thing)
Please help me

Sounds like a classic vacuum leak, checked for one? Was there another throttle sensor on the throttle body you swapped?

When you replaced the TB did it come with the IAC or did you swap it over? One of the Eco's weaknesses is clagging IAC/port and the stepper motors are really getting long in the tooth
