VT HSV build numbers

Hi there everyone, I have been trying to find out a few things about VT Clubsport build numbers. Firstly I was wondering what date in 1999 they changed over to VTII HSVs, and also how many VT Clubsports were produced total, with any information about how many auto/manuals and how many in each colour?
