VT Manual Conversion Queries (not the same as the million other threads on this)

Hey fellow car enthusiasts

I'm about to begin a manual conversion on a VT
I have the following parts already:
5 Speed Getrag
Clutch Pedal & Master Cylinder (Hydraulic)
Exedy H/D Clutch
Manual ECU
Tail Shaft

Now i've searched through a million threads on this but all of them just explain the parts required for a swap.
I stripped a manual vt of all these parts bar the wiring loom off the motor. But I checked the loom and it matches the auto loom as far as i could see.

What im wondering is:
What modifications are needed to be done to the auto wiring loom, and when people say auto wiring loom im guessing its the engine bay loom not the body loom? I only ask because ive read very non descriptive replies to threads saying stuff about reverse lights not working, rough idling, high idling, not starting, stuff like that which has scared me off starting the conversion....

Also does the cluster need to be changed, I have the cluster out of the manual i stripped but dont want to change it if i dont have to?
