I’ve recently wired up a spoiler on my vz commodore, it works all lights up but once I press the brakes it switches off and doesn’t light up like the brake lights and then once I take my foot off the brakes it turns on again, very confusing and annoying I’ve double and triple checked I’ve wired up correctly and still not sure any help will be appreciated thanks

If you are absolutely certain on the wiring and you have tested it with something like in the link

Is it earthed correctly ? because by the sound of it, could easily be poor/lack of earth.
Or, try a new bulb and make sure it is correct for the situation and fitted correctly.
Thank you, Yh I’ve got it wired up to power and the negative wire, the lights work as park lights but once I press the brakes it doesn’t light up brighter it just turns off and then once I’m off the brakes it will turn on again, it’s not really a big deal because I’ve still got the standard brake lights just a bit annoying that it’s not all working as it should

No no. They are only wired to the brake lights.

The spoiler light has nothing to do with marker lights.

Your wiring is arse-about.

Lol. That’s my photo. My old kitchen table.

Use blue/red
Earth to body.
