Will these extractors suit?

Dumb question I know but need to ask.

I'm looking at a set of extractors on ebay - it says in the description

suit 253/308/355 early heads to suit vb-vk
commodore they are the larger 1"3/4 primaries
suitable for big hp

my 308 is totally stock - will these be too big? Should I look at smaller primaries?

Thanks - they're a little more than I would like to pay. I had my husband have a look over them before bidding and he thought they were pretty crappola - They've been welded and welded and welded over and over again - and pretty badly too.

So I didn't bother bidding. But at least I know they'll suit the motor just fine so I can keep my eye out for a better set.
