Would a 2012 SV6 chipped up to SS be driveable by a Red P Plater?

I've got a bag of chips here that I saved from a flock of seagulls.

Best off buying an SS then putting in an SV6 chip to make it legal while on P plates. Then when you get full license you can remove the SV6 chip and go back to stock SS.
