These are the pieces that I'm looking for only thicker to fit over the Black T section above it on the B pillar Trim. I took some shots of the space in the car just to make sure you have the correct one. Also wondering if you have a Black passengers side sun visor to fit a VZ.
    Cheers.

Yep, this is the exact piece I had thought. I had an inkling they may have changed for the Calais, apparently this is not the case. They never made thicker pieces, nor do I believe they ever came out with any cloth covering. They were always bare plastic, varying in color. I can help you out with that piece, but it would be the exact same as your original, which to me doesn't look broken.

Will PM you in regards to the visor, have to find one.

I have done the change to a Calais black roof lining and yes the B pillar plastic pieces are different for the Calais. They are thicker to accomodate for the adjustable seatbelt component in the top cover.
I got mine off the local Holden dealer but had to specify they were for the VZ Calais to get the right ones.

Appreciate the extra info, haven't wrecked a VZ Calais so would have no clue. As per previous statement, haven't wrecked a VZ Calais, so can't say I would have any. Same with the visor unfortunately, I'll have a quick look in the crevices of this joint though, never know what will turn up.
