VYII Calais side repeater

After one that is off a wreck, not brand new, and not non-gen

Purchased a non-gen off of Holmart and the guy told me it would fit...however it is different. Also purchased a brand newy off of Holden only to find out the part is a fraction more shallow than my old one (same problem as the non-gen) which means my leds don't fit in.

It ain't the light that's complicated, that's too easy, I very much doubt if you've already tried a new genuine unit + a non gen unit that "one that is off a wreck" is going to be any different, other than the fact it may be a little faded.

My globe fits in my old lens, the brand new genuine is a fraction shorter and my globe doesn't fit.

I want a repeater off a wreck as I'm hoping it will be the same size as my old one

Did you match the part, or the part number to Holden.. Best bet is to take the repeater in and tell him that you want exactly that one..

Part number is exactly the same.

I'm assuming they are manufacturing the part itself now a little more shallow than they used to. That's why I want one off a wreck. Surely that can't be too hard for the sponsor?

"Yes or no for the repeater" there I said it......how about this, bring the vehicle in (assuming you're not far away) & we'll see if we can match it up.

Just came back from seeing Scott and all I can say is Thank you very very much.

I took my car down and showed him what I needed and explained what I had tried. He supplied 4 different side repeaters so I tried the first one and didn't even need to look at the rest. Scott let me attempt to fit my LED globe in there no problems, and it fitted nicely.

Thanks again Scott, you were a great help. I will definitely come back for my next items. I recommended other people do the same
