Code 51 ???????????

Hey guys, i have just transplanted and engine into a vk and deleted the vats from a VS 5.0ltr memcal and now have code 51 (memcal error) is this code going to cause limp mode?? this is the only code i have and is limp mode contantly. Any help will be greatly appreciated. thanks

nah its just got the code cause tunerpro wont calculate VS checksums and the pcm has seen the checksum doesnt match change the program ID to AA instead of 51 and it wont check the checksum.it will run fine with the code as well.
