Default Delcowizzid tune on my vs

Well today i put my new chip in that got delivered to home yesterday. Tested to see if car started and it did so all went well.

Left for work and was at the traffic lights in the front so i thought, lets see what this tune as done.
I didn't put foot to floor but sunk it about 3/4's of the way and idk what it has done but oh my god... Honestly the acceleration felt like my mates xr6 turbo when your body sinks into the seat. The car like shot off! I was amazed.

Again thankyou for the tune Delcowizzid and i can easily say it was one of the best upgrades i have done to my car.

    Thanks, Shane

Yeah delco has been an absolutely great person to deal with when getting a modified memcal. Even with the drama of getting dodgey chips and needing to replace them with working ones, you have done a fine job sir. The chip seems to have fixed the problem of my car half stalling as well so it was definately worth the money. I dont think the power was much of a beneift for me , but the changing of the shift points is the best they are in far better positions now and I am very happy with it.

nice one mate its good to get that dodgy tune out that was recalled for pinging anyway. i thought the power wouldnt be as great in yours as others thats why i warned you early on there may be no gain or a loss but its obviously not worse than it was which is good nothing worse than going backwards LOL. it has so much timing in the tune you were running it would of been running on the knock sensor all day ide say.shift points and shift speed do make them a much nicer car to drive too.glad you are happy

    Y0 d00ds,

To Greenfoam and Delcowizzid, would either of you be interested in making me a new tune if I supply the memcal? I have a VS V6 Auto, it is modified with a Stage 2 shift kit and corvette servo, and it has been converted to an LSD centre with 3.9:1 gears. Would either of you be better suited to tuning to meet these criteria? I'm looking for the quickest 0-100kmh acceleration possible. Also I may be installing some 1.9:1 roller rockers in the near future, would it be wise to wait until then for a tune, or would it make no difference between the two?

Also keen for a manual vs tune, have lukey extractors and cat back exhaust with a cai and eventually 1.9.1 mace rockers
Some say less talk more action. But I rekon more torque less traction!
