VS 5ltr Delco computer

Hi guys today i heard that Series 3 and VT 5ltr computers can not have the rev limitor moved can some one please tell me is this the same as vs series 2 as im doing a conversion at the moment and if i cant move the limitor there is no point

Yep you change just about anything in the tune. Be it VN or VE. Tuner can sort it out
