I have a willem GQ4X chip reader/burner and Ive copied my bin file from my VSV6 ECU chip to my computer.I can open the bin file with tunerpro, but Im not exactly sure where the ignition advance tables and mixture tables are found.Theres main spark advance vs RPM's vs load, and a few other ones like low octane main spark advance but I cant find anything just on the main spark advance. Also is the mixture settings under power enrichment,or something else. Can anyone help me out.Ive got this far and now I cant work out what to go changing.I dont have a test engine or vehicle so I cant just start changing things blindly and just see what happens.I need a bit of an idea.I dont want to end up with a blown engine in my car.So any help would be greatly appreciated. Also is there a way of connecting the memcal to the burner without removing the actual chip from the memcal each time you want to change something..
I believe the high and low octane spark advances are the only ones. I'm new to this as well, so MGS is load, but in what units? Also are the spark advance numbers in degrees before TDC?

have a read here, u should be able to learn a lot from these guys...
There's not much info on that site for people learning the basics.
I found this last night,its got a lot of info,I spent hours reading and note taking.This link wont actually work,just replace the *********** with the name s t r e e t c o m m o d r e s in your browser without the spacing between the letters,just to note it is not a mistake,it is all one word.A funny thing,if you try to write S t r e e t c o m m o d o r e s normally without the spaces between the letters in a post on here,it wont show up in the post,its replaced with stars like this,***********.Weird.
Heres the link,as I said,just copy and paste it to your browser and replace the ***** with the word s t r e e t c o m m o d o r e s
