    EFI 5L or carb 5L ?

    tune or tune up ?

'tune up' - commonly refers to spark plugs, ignition timing check, clean throttle body, fuel/air filter
around $80-$100 for parts + approx 1 hour labour

'tune' - commonly refers to modifying the memcal calibration in the ECU, usually carried out on a dyno.
typically a proper full dyno tune on a modified engine costs around $1000. But if you have a stock or near stock engine, you can buy a recalibrated memcal - anywhere from $50 to a few hundred.
