Have just done a manifold swap on the stroker, went from the standard bananas to a Starr Performance manifold with 90mm throttle body and big arse pod filter. Since changing the manifold the auto won't shift up gears until 3500rpm, instead of the usual 1500rpm. Just wondering if this can be sorted out when I get Alan Gibbs to tune it again, or whether something else is wrong. I have a feeling that it could be the Throttle Position Sensor, giving the wrong reading due to a larger throttle body, but curious to know what you tuners reckon. Any info would be great, cheers.
normally a larger throttlebody shifts earlier
I tune the oldschool way fear on the passengers face and knuckle colour cant go wrong
tabbacco is still my favorite vegetable
Well that's pretty poo isn't it. Any idea why?
