vs memcal in vr?

hi guys my mates got a custom tuned memcal for his vs clubby. hes had it tuned for hm headers, twin exhaust system and ss inductions. i looking at buying those headers and that memcal for my vr hsv. are they interchangable between the 2 models? and will it work becuase we will have similar mods

Manual = Yes but only if VATS is disabled. the VR sends a different anti theft signal from the key.
Auto = Above RE:Vats still applies AND it depends on the year model of your VR the trans changed round late VR, it might work but youll prob get trans error codes.
