Could someone tell me what the faults mean in this pic this was taken in January and I ran some diagnostics a few minutes ago and the only fault showing up was quad driver 1

there the drivers in the PCM that drive the solenoids in the automatic.

So it could be just a little thing seeming the car is running fine and I don't have any shifting problems

no not really a little thing, i would consider replacing the pcm, if there not driving the solenoids properly then it wont help you tranny, the fault logs when the drivers go out of spec, they may still work and you may not notice a difference, do a pcm reset and if it comes back then replace the pcm.

Edit: that log was done in Jan I did a log yesterday and only 1 driver was faulty

The QDM fault indicator is there if the QDM didn't respond correctly at some point, if the codes below arn't active then it's not failing for more than 1.10 seconds.

Fault Code 82 is for QDM1 and 66/67 for QDM2 though 67 also is TCC lockup solenoid and 66 is 3-2 DS solenoid, QDM2 also drives those.

For these fault codes to be triggered, QDM fault checking starts 1 second after key on and the fault must be present for more than 1.10seconds to trigger.

Still even if the fault codes arn't active but the qmd fault indicator comes back then it's randomly playing up for less than 1.10seconds, still enough to cause longer shifts or a bad shift or TCC Lockup issues, downshift issues.

also just for note, vs v6 memcals have those faults turned on, for vr v6 earlier tunes only have 66 enabled, the rest are turned off and wont trigger.

Well I changed the memcal back to the stock 1 lol and the problem still exists so ill look into a pcm later on

BTX or CAK revisions have all the services fixes in them, including the auto tranny issue. If you can't find one send me a memcal and ill burn the lastest to it for not much.

Well I'm tossing up between another memcal or a realtime onboard memcal so then all id need is a bin file Ill see what I can find
