You can get a lot farther with a kind word and a gun than a kind word alone
swap rockers n thats that according to "another mag" in this month issue
if u use the 1.9:1 ones from fit then no... from what ive been told... the guy at TBS reckons u need to get new rods if u go the YT ones
what should i expect to get from them

about 15-20rwkw from the fit ones.... according to their site
the YT ones would only give u about 10.... but better for the long run if ur doing hi performance work..... this was the info i got from this forum
If you get the yt 1.8's you do need different rods but they are supplied with the kit. The FIt ones you use the stock rods as the FIT ones are stock but been modified to give extra lift. From what i've seen the FIT ones give a bit more power on stock motor over the yt 1.8's, but IMO the YT are better for higher revving applications. (they are roller tipped for a start and look much tougher). If you're getting a cam i probably wouldn't even bother with buying the rockers at all, just let the cam provide the extra lift you want. If you're not going cam then the rockers are a good mod.
Having both the extra lift from cam and rockers isn't a problem provided the cam grinder knows you have the higher ratio rockers. I bought the YT 1.8's and then later had a custom grind done to suit. I suppose the yt rockers are better than the standard ones but i paid for two things. If i did it again i would have only bought the cam. Of course it's not only the cam. For best results you need, timing chain valve springs etc and tune.
