Default Power steering cooler, need pointers

    Quick one...

I want to rig up a spare trans cooler to use as a power steering cooler.

So which line should i be connecting it inline with? ... if we are looking at the p.s reservoir, the one higher up or the lower one?

    It's an ecotec v6

    Thanks...

you want to fit it into the return line. probably the smaller of the 2 lines going into the reservoir if memory serves me correctly.

makes a huge difference. i could almost burn my finger after a spirited drive in the VS on the power steering fluid temps, on the VN with a cooler fitted it's only ever warm and the pump still sound like new unlike the VS which is very noisy
