help on doing up my vl v6
hey every one im getting a vl to restore for my 1st carr but mum said no v8, turbo or supercharger so i need some tips on giving me some more hp.

you might have the room for an ecotec but im pretty sure the engine mounts would be different... maybe try the straight six section cause once you get your full licence you might want to go turbo and itll help if youve already got the right engine for it

RB series are the best engines to put in the VL's. Dont waste your time with the holden boat anchors.
what RB non turbo has the most power
put in an RB30E, stock in the VL's

VL's came with a V6? I thought they were a straight 6 myself....

RB25 has the most power in NA form but if you use the RB30 bottom end and RB25 head you will have more power again
