Default V6 Billet Alloy pulleys - Group buy

Because of popular demand i have arranged a Group buy for the Clarko's V6 Billet Alloy 20% under driven pulley's to suit the 3800 Buick and Ecotec V6 engines.

There are 3 pulley's in the set, one for waterpump, alternator and power steering pump. Each pulley is 20% larger in diameter which has a net result of making the accessories spin slower and stealing less power from the engine (much like fitting a under driven harmonic balancer on a LS1/alloytec engines). A longer serpentine belt will need to be fitted.

For the Group buy, the set of 20% over driven pulleys are $330 inc GST + shipping. These pulleys normally retail for $389 when purchased as a set.

This Group buy is for the fist 10 people, so get in quick and get your name on the list.

    Required belt lengths:

    Buick V6 standard (non AC) 6pk1650, 20% pulleys 6pk1715-1725
Buick V6 with AC is 20% pulleys 6PK2460
VS ecotec standard (with AC) 6pk2720, 20% pulleys 6pk2820
VY ecotec standard (with AC) 6pk2820, 20% pulleys 6pk2910-2920

ecotec models approx 90-100mm increase in belt length. Buick V6 models approx 65-75mm increase in belt length

i'll add your name to the list

I will organise payment options directly with the supplier once we have 10 people i will PM everybody for details so that we can sort out the shipping costs for each.

There is a user on another forum who already has these pulleys on his car so i'll ask him for what belt he used. Although his are on a Buick like mine will be.

    cheers

As mentioned above, you just need to fit a longer belt. should be available of the shelf at your local part store.

Done. once we have completed the group buy i guess one member which each different model can figure out exactly what belt length is needed which can then be posted in this thread so that all the guys with the pulleys will know what belt length to use.

    cheers
