CAM and Rockers or just High Rockers?

Hi I'm rebuilding a ecotec and I'm fairly new to the engine scene and was wondering would it be better to get a cam upgrade and have 1.8:1 Roller Rockers or just get the ultra high ratio roller rockers 1.98:1 from MACE?

cam and rockers best choice by far
get a decent cam you wont even need rockers

Cheers I was just looking at MACES website and they have a crow cam for 1.98:1 rockers so I know what I'll be doing and thanks again
