abit of background in what i am wishing to do with my VS project car: manual conversion, engine replacment? work on the engine ( so as to get further power and performance without turbo ect), strip inteior completly, roll cage, 2 racing seats, strut braces, coil overs, extractors, HSV brakes....anything esle i should do????
I am debating weather or not i should replace my current engine with the same type or and ideas for a performance engine that is suitable for my acclaim??? and any ideas on what i should do to get further performance out of my VS and any further ideas on what i could do to make it better would be helpful?
Easiest and cheapest option is a factory supercharged V6. Bolts straight in only minor changes to the wiring
seeming tho your gonna strip it and throw a roll cage at least a supercharged 6.3L v8
seems more like a dream project then anything

Why are you bothering with HSV Brakes when you're not going to even have enough power to really warrant them?

yea i gonna try to keep it P plater legal for awhile then i would like to put in a supercharged V6 so what engine should i put in???

the stripped interior will get you defected real quick... my suggestion would just be build it purely as a track car or if its your daily then dont bother touching it

this is my dream to do for my car im gonna be working on a cattle station for 10 out of 12 months of the year so its giving me something to save my wages for instead of drinking them away, so i thought id but money into my first car, atm it needs heaps of work but its my project car and i wanna prove my mates wrong who give me shit about it being a "####ing bommodore" so yea. it will take time as i will have 2 mounths out of 12 to work on it but it will happen![]()
