hey everyone i am interrested in buying this cam but im not sure if it is an upgraded cam.... can anyone tell me if it is or not

You can get the cam sleeve kits, which basically look like a metallic band that you shrink on to the cam lobes for extra lift, after you put them on, you get the back of the sleeve ground down to the original base circle. I've used heaps of them before on factory forged cast billet cams, they work well.

Don't go any thicker than 0.500" on the band though, your bottom end might not be able to handle the extra horsepower.
