vx upgrades

Hey guys I have a vx s pac manual and so far my only performance upgrade is a 2.5 inch exhaust. Iv seen on the mace website a cold air intake and a manifold spacer and insulator. I
Just looking for some things I can do myself at home. Is this a good start or should I be looking elsewhere. Any opinions welcome thanks in advance.

All depends on how handy you are with some spanners etc, if you are then you can easily change a cam at home

From what I have heard the high ratio rockers and the 25mm spacer are good places to start

I am just rebuilding a motor at the moment and have just ordered a com cam and 25mm spacer from MACE and so far could not be hapier with the support in making sure I get the right stuff first

I thort the 25mm spacer is only for boosted cars.

not from what Steve was telling me, I think the upper spacer is 25mm and the lower is 12mm when boosted and the other way round when N/A

Ok mate thanks for the help. Will it be a noticeable difference without a tune?

normally you go 25mm lower and 12mm upper... boosted cars can go 25mm for both
