Most likely the coupling gear in the blower snout. They are made of a hard plastic type compound and are the most common source of noise at the front of the blower as they tend to wear and develop a bit of a rattle. This coupling gear connects the rotor gears to the snout drive shaft. New coupler is approx $45. Otherwise possibly the snout bearings.
