Turbo setup for ecotec

Going to start collecting parts soon, just checking to make sure I'm not missing anything.
Havnt worked out part numbers yet, so general part name listed.

- Turbo Manifold
- Turbo
- FMIC
- L67 injectors
- Aftermarket comp
- Bigger Fuel pump
- Piping/oil lines
- CAI
- Shift kit on tranny

Will the MAF be able to recognize 7 pounds?
Also will the stock injectors be fine at this boost level?

Only looking to run round 7 psi, not looking for huge power, just to be different and down the track maybe move the setup to an l67 so I can start making some serious power

you have basics covered there. can i ask why you said you were getting 36lb injectors and then ask if the stock 19lb injectors will be ok? short answer, no, your 19lb injectors will be insufficient for 7psi.

I asked because ive read that bigger injectors were needed, but this was on setups running insane power, so I wasnt sure if upgraded injectors were needed for only a 7psi setup.

how much did the complete package set you back by? i want to build a vy6T to rival my mates' XR6T :shooting: he he!!!! is it any good to add a turbo or a supercharger to the standard v6 ???

good yes, we love different stuff
for the motor bad if any sufficient amout of boost is pumped in as she wont like it or last long hehe

plan on running a BOV? kinda helps save turbo life...
