Online speed shops?? timing gears, valve springs

im needing a new single row rollmaster (or any good quality) timing gear and chain set, valve springs, and machined locks. To fit VS ecotec.

Are there any reputable companies online that i could buy from, that you guys have had experience with?

Also do you think i should just buy from my local speed shop? which would you reckon would be cheaper?

Look on ebay. Quite often people will be selling a new single row set because they have changed their minds and decided on fitting a double row set. Seen them sell for $80 - $100 on there.
