...iv been thinking, if i purchased a new uper-market coil pack, bigger leads and plugs, would i get much more out of the motor? its fairly standard...but yeah...im just looking for little things to do to her whilst im poor then start the serious stuff later...wat do we think? any other suggestions?

Well its always good to make sure your motor is running as well as possible before trying to get more power. This is a good start.
Although you probably won't notice an increase in power, it might run better and smoother
